How It Works

  • Register Online for $30+ tax/fees
  • Bring printed ticket & ID to registration the night of the pub crawl
  • Pick up sweatshirt and other items at registration (see bottom of page)
  • Start pub crawl! There is no start or end point for the pub crawl. Start and end at any bar you please! Must have a wristband to receive drink specials.

The goal of the Kentucky Humane Society Equine care is to provide humane treatment and shelter while working to seek adoptive homes and provide second chances for Kentucky’s equines, regardless of breed, to educate the public and raise awareness for responsible equine ownership so that fewer horses end up in crisis and to work with and serve as a model for organizations with the same mission in other states: to save America’s equines from inhumane treatment.

Active Heroes is an IRS approved 501c3 Charity with the mission to support all U.S. military service members, veterans and their families through physical, educational, and emotional programs in an effort to eliminate suicide.

Active Heroes’ vision is to eliminate military/veteran suicide.

Leukemia remains the #1 cancer affecting children under age 20. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services support services.

Last year, in Kentucky and Southern Indiana LLS gave over $850,000 to patients in need of local support services. Many of the treatments and medications derived from LLS research have also helped solid tumor cancers, so in short, we are fundraising for research to cure CANCER!

The largest animal shelter in Kentucky, Louisville Metro Animal Services took in more than 7,000 animals last year. LMAS offers these animals a second chance thru adoption, rescue transfer, reunification with owners, and more.

LMAS strives to eliminate the euthanasia of adoptable animals in Louisville Metro and has a fundamental mission to protect public health and safety; ensure the humane treatment of animals; and provide quality, professional service to the public.

Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc. (KRM), a non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing resettlement services to refugees through faith- and agency-based co-sponsorship in order to promote self-sufficiency and successful integration into our community. KRM is committed to offering access to community resources and opportunities and to promoting awareness of diversity for the benefit of the whole community.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana (RMHCK) is Louisville’s only organization founded to provide a “home-away-from-home” for families of children receiving healthcare at area medical facilities. The Ronald McDonald House is built on the idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on their child’s recovery – not where they can afford to stay, where they will get their next meal, or where they will lay their head at night to rest. Their house is just two blocks from Louisville’s downtown hospitals, including Norton Children’s Hospital.

The Alzheimer’s Association envisions a world without Alzheimer’s Disease through the advancement of research, enhancing the care and support of those affected, and reducing the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
The goal of Gilda’s Club is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.
At Gilda’s Club Louisville you will find strength and comfort from members sharing their experiences and wisdom. It’s about living your life when cancer is a part of it. Gilda’s Club offers a program of support from which you choose those experiences that are most useful to you.

Help Support the First Year in Louisville!

About the Event

The 12 Bars of Louisville was created this year to help local charities build awareness, attract local members, and raise money for their organizations. In addition, we aim to drive revenue to the local bars and restaurants. This being it’s first year, we are expecting to raise over $7,000 for local Louisville charities! When you purchase a ticket, $10 goes directly to the charity you sign up under.

Registration Instructions

December 15th 6:00pm-10:00pm

The day of the pub crawl you will need to check in and pick up your items at 4th Street Live!  Your team check-in will be stationed inside the 4th Street Live! Block. A valid 21+ photo id & printed or emailed copy of your ticket is required for pick up. All unclaimed items left after the event will be donated to the charities.
