How It Works

・ Register Online for $30 - $40 + tax/fees
・ Bring printed ticket & ID to registration the night of the pub crawl
・ Pick up your 12 Bars shirt and other items at Check-In Registration (see bottom of page)
・ Start pub crawl! There is no start or end point for the pub crawl. Start and end at any bar you please!
・ The shuttles will run a continuous loop around the bars.
・ Must have sweater to ride the shuttles and receive drink specials.

Registration Instructions

Check-in on Saturday, December 14th from 1:00pm-4:00pm

On the day of the pub crawl you will need to check in between 1PM - 4PM and pick up your items at location TBD. (CHECK-IN LOCATION will be emailed to all attendees).
A printed or emailed copy of your ticket is required for pick up of 12 BOC sweater. All unclaimed items left after the event will be donated to the charities.

NOTE: Official event time is 2PM – 6PM and when the drink specials and shuttles are running.

Special Olympics PA has been providing FREE training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities for nearly 20,000 individuals in PA for the last 50 years. Since 1970, Special Olympics PA has offered free training and competition, but now includes FREE Athlete Leadership, Healthy Athletes/Habits, in-school programming, and Young Athletes as services off the playing field. Celebrate 50 years of inclusion with Special Olympics as they embark on the next 50 years of inclusion and unity!

Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight their illness. Since 1986, Make-A-Wish® Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley has fulfilled more than 6,800 transformational wishes for local children with critical illnesses. Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the life span, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of people with autism; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia’s homeless and at-risk animals. PAWS is the city’s largest rescue partner and provider of low-cost, basic veterinary care for pet owners and rescue organizations that cannot otherwise access or afford it. Through its three no-kill shelters, foster care network, and special events, PAWS finds loving homes for thousands of animals each year. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus through programs of research, education, support and advocacy. We serve the 45,000 people living with lupus in the Philadelphia Tri-State area, which includes Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware.

With this ticket, you'll have the option to donate $80 to your favorite charity OR you can disperse the funds to all of them evenly.
