How Do I Register?

・ Find the charity you want to support in your city
・ Click the button and register online for $25-$40+ tax/fees
・ Mark the date on your calendar

Pick-Up 12 BOC Shirt Day of Event

・ Bring printed ticket & ID to registration the night of the pub crawl
・ Pick up sweatshirt and other items at registration
・ Start the pub crawl! There is no start or end point for the pub crawl. Start and end at any bar you please!
・ The shuttles will run a continuous loop around the bars.
・ Must have sweater to ride the shuttles and receive drink specials!

What Do I Receive?

・ $15 Donation to the “Charity Team” you sign up under
・Official 12 Bars of Charity Team Sweatshirt
・Participating bars will have Drink Specials running through the duration of the event
・ Shuttle Pass

How Do the Charities Benefit?

The 12 Bars of Charity has helped raise more than $750,000 for charity over the past 7 years. When you sign up for the 12 Bars of Charity, we donate $15 directly back to the charity of your choice. On top of the donations the 12 Bars of Charity has helped charities attract hundreds of new board members, donors, and future sponsors. The 12 Bars of Charity has become a great way to connect charities with like minded individuals in a fun/interactive way, because who doesn’t like socializing to support local charity organizations at some of the cities most popular bars and restaurants?!


How Long Does the Event Last?

Official crawl times differ from city to city, but drink specials and shuttles will run for 4 hours.


Can I pick up a friends sweatshirt?

Yes! Just have their printed or emailed copy of their ticket ready to scan at check-in and we will provide you with your friends sweater.


Where Do I Start the Night of the Event?

You will start you night off at the designated Check-In location for your city. There you will be able to pick up your shirt and shuttle pass. You’ll also get to meet the some of the people behind the charity you’re supporting!

How Does the Free Shuttle Work?

Once you check in and receive your official 12 BOC Sweatshirt, you’ll be able to gain access to the shuttles that make continuous loops to all the bars. You can view all of the bars locations at the bottom of each participating cities page.


What Bars Are Participating?

All participating bars can be found at the bottom of your cities event page.
