How It Works

・ Pick up your 12 Bars shirt and other items at Check-In Registration (see bottom of page)
・ Start pub crawl! There is no start or end point for the pub crawl. Start and end at any bar you please!
・ The shuttles will run a continuous loop around the bars.
・ Must have sweater to ride the shuttles and receive drink specials.

On the day of the pub crawl you will need to check in between 7PM -10PM and pick up your items at River City Roll - 939 Myers St. (CHECK-IN LOCATION will be emailed to all attendees).

Richmond Animal League is Richmond’s oldest non-profit, no-kill organization, committed to saving lives by providing hope, help and homes for animals in need. Founded in 1979, RAL’s main goal is to reduce euthanasia rates in Central Virginia by transporting pets from partnering animal control agencies.

RAL provides temporary housing, medical treatment, sterilization, and quality care to over 2,000 companion animals each year until they are adopted into permanent loving homes. Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Richmond (RMHC Richmond) is an independent, non-profit chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities®. We provide a “home-away-from-home” for families with children receiving care at local medical facilities through our Ronald McDonald House® on Monument Avenue. We also support a number of in-hospital programs. We provide Ronald McDonald Family Rooms® footsteps from the pediatric intensive care units at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU and Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital; we manage Happy Wheels hospitality carts and offer Lunches with Love (a lunch delivery program) to local pediatric and neonatal units; and we empower the siblings of Richmond’s youngest patients with hands-on arts and crafts and educational programs through the RMHC Sibling Center® in the Children’s Pavilion at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU. The Richmond SPCA, founded in 1891, is a non-profit, no-kill humane organization dedicated to the principle that every life is precious. We save the lives of more than 4,000 homeless animals each year and cares for about 350 cats and dogs daily and match thousands of homeless dogs, cats, kittens and puppies with loving, lasting adoptive families each year.

We also operate a low-cost, full-service veterinary hospital for families of modest means, a free behavior helpline and pet behavior classes, children’s educational programs and a Trap-Neuter-Return program to spay, neuter and vaccinate community cats. Make-A-Wish Greater Virginia creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We are striving to bring every eligible child’s wish to life – a goal that is born from the idea that a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment and healing.

Special Olympics Virginia provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Children’s Hospital Foundation works in support of the region’s only full-service children’s hospital, Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, and the nearly 60,000 children it serves each year. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Children’s Hospital Foundation has been dedicated for more than 95 years to fund and advocate for pediatric initiatives that improve the status of health care and quality of life for children. We believe there is no greater cause than taking care of the health care needs of children.

In partnership with families, SOAR365 creates life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our programs and services have always been designed for individuals and families who are coping with the daily real world challenges of living with a disability. To that end, we’ve continually added more ambitious and thoughtful programs over the past 65 years. And today our services have a profound impact on more than 1,300 people and their families.

To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
