CHOOSE YOUR TEAM:

Humane Animal Rescue strives to provide all aspects of care to abandoned, neglected, and injured animals; reunite lost pets with their caregivers or seek new families for them; educate the community on humane care and interactions with all animals with the goal of reducing pet overpopulation and negative relationships with native wildlife; reinforce a standard of living for animals and prevent cruelty; and provide assistance and medical care to injured, orphaned, or ill native Pennsylvania wildlife with a goal of returning them to their natural habitat.

Their open door policy ensures that no animal is ever refused shelter.

The mission of Our Clubhouse is to create welcoming communities of support for everyone currently living with cancer—men, women, teens, and children —along with their families and friends.

Their unique program is an essential complement to medical care, providing networking and support groups, workshops, education and social activities.

All of the activities are offered to members at no cost and membership is free.

Animal Friends, a premier companion animal resource community, is committed to promoting the animal-human bond and nurturing relationships with companion animals which are guided by compassion. It is our mission to:
Reduce the number of unwanted animals through aggressive spay/neuter programs.
Provide for the well-being of companion animals in need, while adhering to our no-kill tradition and find each a lifelong, loving home.
Offer affordable wellness services and resources to pets and owners in need, targeting underserved communities, to support whole-life care.
Promote the animal-human bond through outreach, education and therapeutic programming.
And, act as an advocate on behalf of animals in crisis and as an enforcer of their rights and protection through education, investigation and legislative efforts.

We are deeply committed to these goals while ensuring the financial security and stability of the organization for future generations.

Variety – the Children’s Charity is a non-profit organization that strives to enable children with disabilities to live life to the fullest with a focus on mobility, communication, and social inclusion throughout 54 counties in Pa. and West Virginia.

Children with disabilities face a host of challenges and obstacles that are often unrecognized to those without disabilities, and these kids often miss out on typical childhood experiences simply because they have a disability. Variety’s programs equip kids with disabilities with opportunities for them to discover the possibilities for their own lives, and truly be a kid first and foremost.

The mission of Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank is to feed people in need and mobilize our community to eliminate hunger.

About the Event

The 12 Bars of Pittsburgh was created this year to help local charities build awareness, attract local members, and raise money for their organizations. In addition, we aim to drive revenue to the local bars and restaurants. We are expecting to raise over $7,000 for local Pittsburgh charities! When you purchase a ticket, $10 goes directly to the charity you sign up under.
