How It Works

  • Register Online for $30+ tax/fees
  • Bring printed ticket & ID to registration the night of the pub crawl
  • Pick up your 12 Bars shirt and other items at registration (see bottom of page)
  • Start pub crawl! There is no start or end point for the pub crawl. Start and end at any bar you please! The shuttles win run a continuous loop around the bars. Must have wristband to ride the shuttles and receive drink specials.

Registration Instructions

Check-in on Friday December 14th from 6:00pm-10:00pm

On the day of the pub crawl you will need to check in between 6PM -10PM and pick up your items at Hyatt House.  A printed or emailed copy of your ticket is required for pick up.  All unclaimed items left after the event will be donated to the charities.

NOTE: Official event time is 8PM – Midnight and when the drink specials and shuttles are running.

All tickets are non-refundable.


Humane Animal Rescue strives to provide all aspects of care to abandoned, neglected, and injured animals; reunite lost pets with their caregivers or seek new families for them; educate the community on humane care and interactions with all animals with the goal of reducing pet overpopulation and negative relationships with native wildlife; reinforce a standard of living for animals and prevent cruelty; and provide assistance and medical care to injured, orphaned, or ill native Pennsylvania wildlife with a goal of returning them to their natural habitat.

Their open door policy ensures that no animal is ever refused shelter.

The mission of Our Clubhouse is to create welcoming communities of support for everyone currently living with cancer—men, women, teens, and children —along with their families and friends.

Their unique program is an essential complement to medical care, providing networking and support groups, workshops, education and social activities.

All of the activities are offered to members at no cost and membership is free.

Animal Friends, a premier companion animal resource community, is committed to promoting the animal-human bond and nurturing relationships with companion animals which are guided by compassion. It is our mission to:
Reduce the number of unwanted animals through aggressive spay/neuter programs.
Provide for the well-being of companion animals in need, while adhering to our no-kill tradition and find each a lifelong, loving home.
Offer affordable wellness services and resources to pets and owners in need, targeting underserved communities, to support whole-life care.
Promote the animal-human bond through outreach, education and therapeutic programming.
And, act as an advocate on behalf of animals in crisis and as an enforcer of their rights and protection through education, investigation and legislative efforts.

Variety – the Children’s Charity is a non-profit organization that strives to enable children with disabilities to live life to the fullest with a focus on mobility, communication, and social inclusion throughout 54 counties in Pa. and West Virginia.

Children with disabilities face a host of challenges and obstacles that are often unrecognized to those without disabilities, and these kids often miss out on typical childhood experiences simply because they have a disability. Variety’s programs equip kids with disabilities with opportunities for them to discover the possibilities for their own lives, and truly be a kid first and foremost.

Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the life span, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families. They do this through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of people with autism; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder.
